I stayed at the hotel for two nights in a superior room. The rooms were clean, as was the rest of the hotel, but unfortunately, there wasn't an extra bed available when we checked in. The service was polite and welcoming, with a really cooperative and friendly staff. The location had some issues with irrational behavior from one manager and security staff, but it was close to the Pink City. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with brilliant mornings but poor overall quality. Overall, a decent stay but with room for improvement.

My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, while the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, there were some issues with the dining experience that made it less than perfect. Overall, a great value for money with excellent facilities.
